Achille - Pull down your pants and do the hot-dog dance

Hi ....it's me (no, not that me, the other me) Well, just thought i'd post some remotely music/PJ related stuff because i feel like it, ok? so, if you're lookin for something thrilling, then go somewhere else...http://www.geocities.com/stoneygfanclub hehehe nice little plug there....

So, my day.... I was woken by the insane wind that has been hanging around lately flinging large bits of debris at my bedroom window....which was strange...since some of it was fruit.....

My slut of a cat is pregnant. Dont knwo why i told you this...but her name is "Zoso", prize for anyone who can guess wher i got the name.....

My friend is gone to England, he's goin to reading this weekend, that should be good.

Alot of you will already be familiar with my painful journey on the road to inevitable dissapointment that will culminate in me breaking down in tears on Saturday as U2 take to the stage at Slane. 4 days to go and im getting desperate. Ive spent a fortune lately on entering every god-damn competition there is thats giving away tickets. Would you believe that Im now a volunteer cleaner in the church round the corner....i wont go into it, but there's a chance to get tickets. I spent most of my day sending in text messages from ym mobile to a radio station who were giving them away all day. I sent about 60 messages and didnt win!!!!! I even sent the DJ an email telling him how i am planning on slitting my own throat if i dont get tickets soon...you wanna know what he sent back?....a stupid publicity photo of him in the studio!!!! FUCK HIM!!! So, my friend rang me and started saying "hi, what are ya doin? im just listening to U2, saturday is gonna be great (he and most of my friends got tickets b/c they were inches in front of me in the queue after we all camped overnight) oh, sorry, i didnt mean to make you feel bad damo, but its gonn abe the greatest gig of all time!!"

Mr. Salt meet Mr. Wound

While listening to the radio competition i heard on the news that bono's dad died of cancer. they said that Bono had been flying home to see him every night while they have been on their world tour. For that I will really respect the guy forever. And the band are playing in Earls Court for the next 4 nights i think. Its good of them not to cancel any of the gigs. Even though i wouldnt mind seeing Slane cancelled on all those bastards!!!

Ever watch that show "Lateline"? its damn funny. i love that little indian guy!!

Am i the only one wondering where exactly this post is goin? Hmmmm, what else did i have to say?.....oh god yeah!!! when i came downstairs this morning, i was walkin into the living room and the Tv was on (the Tv is always on) and it was on Mtv (its always on Mtv, cos of two ignorant younger sisters), but i glanced at the screen and even through my eyes (i think my eyelids are gone on strike every morning...must be a union thing demanding more sleep), i noticed that they were interviewing Placebo on that show "Daily Edition", then as i walked over to the tv, they cut to them playin an outdoor festival...it looked familiar, i recognized the dress the (male) bass player was wearing,...it was from Witnness (the festival i went to on Aug4/5), before i could put in a video and tape it, i glanced back at the screen and saw 3 guys in the crowd...two were dim but loveable guys, but the other was just a 17-Year old sex-god!! yep, it was me. We were in the pit about 5 rows from the front at the time. The camera goes right over the crowd and then stops on us before zooming back out. Pretty cool...if only someone else had seen it. :( And Im not sure if its a good thing or a bad thing that i was on *mtv*...coulda picked a better channel. oh well, there's 90mins of Witnness coverage on Network 2 this friday, maybe i'll be on that.

In case you're wondering about the subject line and you're feeling cheated that there's no mention of pulling down pants or any form of "hot-dog dances". I stole that line from Beck. He was doing an interview on Brand:New on Mtv (i know, far too much Mtv for one day, but its their only good show). Anyway, beck said he wrote his first rhyme when he was like 6, and it was "pull down your pants and do the hot-dog dance". Not at all relevant but its funny enough to get you people to open the thread right? but how many of you read this far?..........*cue tumbleweed*

PJ RELATED NEWS: On that same show Brand:New, the presenter Zane Lowe (the coolest presenter Mtv have ever had...not difficult, but still..he likes PJ) So, he was running through some news and mentioned that thing about Blink-182/PJ/Hitler, well his exact words were:

Blink-182 were discouraged from putting a song about Adolf Hitler on their new album by Pearl Jam's Stone Gossard and Mike McCready. Whether or not you think this is a good thing depends on if you're a facist right-wing piece of shit!! *sarcastic grin* Thats why i love the guy. He's really funny. Makes fun of Mtv alot. Great music tatse. Did a good interview with PJ last year.

And so ends another Achille post that would damage the back of even the most experienced librarian should anyone ever recognise its literary genius and convert it to hardback book.

Its late.
Bye.
